TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

⁃ Any cancellation after 24 hours of receiving the deposit will be treated as a breach of contract and such a breach by the client shall attract liability of losing the deposit.

⁃ In case of rescheduling for another date than agreed (depending on availability), the deposit will be valid until the next arranged date. If the fees incurred a price rise, the client is liable to pay the difference.

⁃ The remaining balance shall be paid in advance before the performance on stage.

⁃ The sound system is a property of our band, we are not responsible for any other performers that require a sound system, Otherwise, there will be a $300 fee for the other performers to use our system also the client has to notify us by one week before the event date to reach an agreement.

⁃ The “Stage” or “Performing Area” should be undercover for safety reasons and close to at least one Power Outlet (depending on the number of musicians) This area should be a minimum of 2X2 Meters for 1 musician (or depending on the size of the Band requested.)
